Thank You for taking the time to learn about my work. I am a leader with 20+ years experience in customer enablement and learning development for SaaS applications and STEM education.
As an engineer with technical expertise along with educator training, I lead teams to solve problems and deliver impactful learning experiences that meet diverse learner needs. I am also an artist, and I love to infuse creativity into my work.
Here are examples of eLearning modules I created for technical product training. I designed the templates to evaluate tools and solve for team development, methodology, and product training requirements. I developed the content using MadCap Flare as the CMS and then designed the modules for eLearning and ILT using Articulate RISE and Storyline. I produced the videos with Camtasia and Synthesia AI.
Each module has interactive learning content and hands-on exercises with videos, step-by-step instructions, and simulations. For more advanced courses, learners do the exercises in a lab environment. Please review my Project Page for a detailed example of a Learning Path.

This sample utilizes the interactive and AI blocks of RISE to transform simple content developed and revision controlled in MadCap Flare to interactive self-paced learning modules.
The following examples are PDF exports from self-paced eLearning courses I created in Articulate RISE. I led the curriculum development team to produce courses as eLearning, exported as SCORMS, and uploaded to an LMS.
Cloud Essentials is a course with a target audience of business stakeholders who need to understand cloud architecture supporting a SaaS platform.
Consulting Outside Your Comfort Zone is a microlearning with a target audience of all employees to improve customer interactions and communications.

I have delivered workshops and professional development training to educators and administrators globally, and I absolutely loved every minute of it!
Delivered project based K-12 Computer Science offerings at CSTA and NSTA.
All content was meticulously aligned to national math, science, and ELA standards.
Delivered student workshops on CS and Engineering at US Army STEM Expos.
Topics: Electrical Circuits, Arduinos, Intro to CS, Aerodynamics, Sustainable Energy, & Business Planning.
Designed a 1:10 scale wind tunnel to support competitions and my aerodynamics and CAD curriculum.
Students 3D printed and tested their car body designs on a 1:10 scale RC car.
